Andrew studied at Hornsey College, London, gaining a BA Hons in Fine Art. He was later awarded a “David Murray” Landscape Scholarship by the Royal Academy School.
Painting mostly in East Anglia, Andrew’s interest in light in the landscape has also taken him to Ireland, France, Italy and Egypt.
He has shown work numerous times at the Mall Galleries, London,including the RI, NEAC, RP and RSMA and he is a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters – ROI. His work is represented by a number of prestigious galleries throughout the UK.
