Diana Glanfield studied at the Tunbridge Wells School of Art and Design for three years, where the emphasis was mainly on life drawing, still life and fabric design. While mainly working in a studio in Radlett, having a family home by the sea in East Anglia means she is greatly influenced by the ever-changing seas affecting the colours of the scenery.
Through watercolour and mixed media, a lively sense of colour is the essence of her still life, whilst an understanding of the many different qualities of light is apparent in her landscapes. Diana has exhibited in Hertfordshire, Essex and Suffolk and her work is in private collections worldwide.
