Shirley’s enjoys painting flowers and the countryside. She has won several awards for her art, exhibiting with the Society of Botanical Artists, the British Watercolour Society and the United Society of Artists. Her paintings have been sold worldwide.
She likes painting flowers and landscapes. Shirley is motivated by the light and colour in nature. She started with oils as a young person guided by her father and later taught herself to paint in watercolour with which she had a lot of success. Presently Shirley is enjoying acrylics and oils also.
