Joe, uses oils and pastels. He has exhibited at numerous art shows/galleries in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Lincolnshire. He has been published in a local paper several times and currently has a copy of a painting displayed in a subway in Hertford and a mural in Knebworth.
